Rochelle Walsh has over two decades of advanced clinical training and experience as a complex trauma therapist.  She is an expert in the field of emotional and nervous system regulation.   

Combining many treatment modalities, neuroscience based training, and principles of the Christian faith, she has developed a proprietary process called The Calm Mind Method.  She now uses this method in a 90 day transformation program to guide women from overwhelm to calm and confident in their emotions.
